That’s why I started Huntley Leadership Solutions—to help business owners, directors, and managers build high-performing teams and restore the culture they long for.
I’ve spent a lifetime leading in sport, nonprofits, community organizations, and business. I’m an ICF-certified coach, CliftonStrengths certified, and have over 10 years of experience coaching teams across sectors—from healthcare to education to architecture.
I speak truth with compassion, cut to the root issues quickly, and offer practical, lasting solutions. I don’t just do feel-good sessions—I create breakthroughs.
